You cannot meet love if your mind constantly thinks about breakups and betrayals. And you won’t attract health if every morning begins with thoughts of pain and weakness.
In this chapter, you’ll learn how this law works, how it affects all areas of your life, and how to start using it to your advantage. We will also look at the stories of our characters – Alina, Maxim, and Lena – who faced real trials and, through understanding this law, managed to change their lives.
Theory of the Law
The Law of Attraction can be simply phrased as:
“What you focus on expands and grows in your life.”
This means that your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs shape your reality. You are not a victim of circumstances – you are the creator of your destiny.
How Does the Law of Attraction Work?
You think about something This could be an idea, a desire, a fear, or a memory.
You feel an emotion Emotion strengthens thought. The stronger you feel – the more powerful the energetic signal.
You emit a frequency Every emotion has its own vibrational frequency. Joy is high; fear is low.
The Universe responds By the law of resonance, you attract events, people, and opportunities that match your frequency.
Simply put:
You receive what you resonate with – not what you wish for.

Maxim was a successful businessman. He owned a chain of cafes, earned steadily, but internally he was always tense.
«Why does it always feel like everything is about to collapse?» he asked his coach.
«Because you believe it will,» the coach replied. «You are living in a state of fear. That’s the strongest emotion for the Law of Attraction.»
«But I don’t want to lose my business!»
«So why do you wake up every day thinking: ‘What if customers stop coming? What if competitors push us out? What if I go bankrupt?'»

How to apply:
Change your beliefs about your body.
Thank your body for every function.

Visualize abundance.

Practical Steps
Morning Gratitude Write down 3 things you’re grateful for. It could be sunlight through the window or the taste of water.
Visualizing Goals Spend 5–10 minutes a day imagining that you’ve already achieved your goal. Feel the joy.
Affirmations Repeat short supportive phrases 2–3 times a day:
“I attract abundance”
“I am worthy of love”
“I am open to opportunities”
Mindful Thought Control If you catch yourself thinking negatively – immediately shift focus. For example:
Instead of: “This won’t work” → say: “I am learning, and I will succeed”.
