OF THE NATIONAL AIRLINE OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

CERTIFICATION

This is to certify that Mr.Grabovoi Grigori Petrovich worked as an expert extra sense at the Center of Information Computing Services of the National Airline from 07.01.1993 to 01.09.1993.

During this period of his work as an extra sense trustworthiness of his information as an extra sense was completely proved. Below, some typical examples of how Mr.Grabovoi used his extra sense ability during his work at the Center are shown in some paragraphs.

1. On the request of the Director of the Center of Information Computing Services of 06.05.1993 to define the working conditions of apparatus of the network of transmission data Asia which is in computer reservation system Syrena-2 Mr.Grabovoi in 5 minutes without any preliminary acquaintance with this system gave his extra sense information on working conditions of apparatus in Asia, which was later proved by the analysis made by qualified specialists of Tashkent Institute of Space Equipment by the order No 18 of 19.05.1993 of the Center of Information Computing Services of the National Airline. The results of the analysis were considered by Mr.Sumbaev, Deputy Director General, who is a specialist in this field, and he confirmed extra sense information of Mr.Grabovoi.

2. Mr.Grabovoi was requested to give information on the problem of competence of District Authorities of the city to register the building of the Center of Information Computing Services with the District Authorities (Hokimiat). Mr.Grabovoi without any preliminary knowledge of legal and other documents gave the following information: District Authorities have no right to register state uninhabitable buildings.

The next stage was to define which authorities could prove the correctness of his conclusion and Mr. Grabovoi addressed the Committee for Controlling State Property and Privitisation in the Republic of Uzbekistan. An oficial letter No 11/01-56 of 12.01.1994 was received which stated the correctness of Mr.Grabovois information. This helped National Airline to save millions of roubles.

3. Mr. Grabovoi could predict situations in which some officers could find themselves when he was not only in Tashkent but out of it too. Here is one of the examples: he foretold and described in details the interior of the flat in Moscow where one of the specialists was going to stay during his business trip (he even described the colour and the shape of the wardrobe in the room). He also described the appearance of the passengers-his neighbours on board the plane to and from Moscow. It should be noted that the specialist himself didnt know where he would stay in Moscow.
